Built in 1999, The Lodge was originally reserved for the private use of Welch Allyn for internal functions. In 2002 we opened our doors to the public for weddings, private events, and corporate functions.

  • What is your pricing?

    We quote weekday conferences and corporate events on a case by case basis. For weddings, however, we offer three tiers of services based on your catering and entertainment budget, which starts at $13,500 during off-peak dates and times for couples on a budget, while our top tier package holds nothing back and comes in at $26,500 for 125 guests with a discount for each additional. Our middle package carries no off-peak restrictions while bundling popular in-house upgrades and services, and starts at $22,500.

  • What services do you provide?

    In addition to what comes standard, we offer a host of technical and decorative options, including in-house audio/visual and lighting technicians, a regionally-renown resident DJ, and essential event rentals, such as: cast iron antique-style lanterms, chiffon panels and room dividers, twinkle lights, charger plates, deck heaters, welcome bags, linens, overlays, chairs, covers and more!

  • How long can my reception be?

    The actual reception can be for 5 hours. The end time has to be 11:30pm. All wedding party and guests will have until midnight to be out of the building, but the entertainment and bar will have to end by 11:30pm.

  • Do you have overnight accommodations?

    While not at the Lodge, our staff works with all area hotels and will be happy to help you make reservations, often at a discounted rated!

  • Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

    Absolutely! Our chef will work with you to create your menu of choice, including both vegetarian and vegan, as well as gluten-free dining options.

  • Does the Lodge provide dessert?

    While not included in our wedding packages, our chefs are always ready to dive in! We strongly encourage you to sit down and discuss adding it to your event. You won't be disappointed!  

  • Can we have our ceremony on site?

    Yes! Your event coodinator will discuss with you our many options for holding your ceremony at the Lodge, including pricing, accommodations and duration.

  • How far in advance do we have to book?

    Depending on the size of your event and how firm you are with a specific date or time of year, we usually have a degree of availability. That said, if you are sure the Lodge is where you want to have your wedding, the earlier you book the better! 

  • What do I get for the building fee?

    When you choose the Lodge for your wedding reception, you get private use of our facility, which includes tables, chairs, white or ivory floor-length linen, full table settings and an onsite event coordinator that gives you personal one-on-one attention.

  • Who provides bar & catering for the Lodge?

    We will directly handle all of your food and beverage needs! We have a full liquor license and a relaxing bar area set up within a lounge that features a fireplace stretching up to our 30' vaulted ceiling!


    Catering at The Lodge is managed and operated by Eurest Dining Services, a division of Compass Group, the largest food service company in the world!
